Jenna Sauber

In her role as the Case Foundation’s Interactive Communications Manager, Jenna Sauber helps to spread the good via social media and the web. This may involve frequent Facebook visits and a stream of tweets, but it’s all part of the job as our team strives to use the latest technology to help people learn more and do more in their communities and around the world.
Prior to joining the Case team, Jenna was a part of the online communications team at the United Nations Foundation, where she supported Foundation initiatives such as Nothing But Nets, and launched and led the online presence for the Girl Up campaign. Jenna began her career in DC at Fenton Communications, which is where she first dabbled in online communications, after graduating with a journalism degree from Miami University in Ohio. Common theme: all three of Jenna’s jobs in DC have been in Dupont Circle.
When not tweeting, texting, or typing, Jenna can be found searching for Corgis, cooking Cajun food, quoting The West Wing, singing Frank Sinatra, rooting for the LSU Tigers or Chicago Cubs, reading historical fiction with a side of Jane Austen, or running in Rock Creek Park.
Jean and Steve Case established the Case Foundation in 1997 to reflect their family’s commitment to finding lasting solutions for complex social challenges.
Our purpose is to expand giving, promote everyday philanthropy, deepen civic engagement, and broaden the use of new technologies to make giving more informed, efficient, and effective. We seek to do this while emphasizing the value of collaboration across all sectors, individual and organizational leadership, and entrepreneurship.
