The Millennials Think Tank was launched in September 2010 as a platform to present the research of Generation Y to key thinkers, policy makers and leaders of the corporate sector. Led by an expert in Generation Y (and a GYer herself), Rachael Smith helps companies to understand the psyche of Generation Y and consults on how to bridge the generational divide in the workplace.
